These days, when we monitor everything from heart rate during training until recovery, one thing gets easily overlooked: periods. Once a taboo topic, it's important to break the silence and bring more awareness to the topic.

Whether it is your team doctor, physio or your coach, it is important to talk about the period since from the cycle you can spot if something is wrong.
