After winning the Nove Mesto Mixed Relay two weeks ago, the Italian team of Tommaso Giacomel, Lukas Hofer, Dorothea Wierer and Lisa Vittozzi were under huge pressure to deliver an Olympic Mixed Relay medal in their home stadium today.
