I joined the programme because I wanted to shine some light onto how important it is that the rules are followed. Fair play and clean sport is the only acceptable way and the only right way to compete.

Being part of this programme has given me an incredible opportunity to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful change in biathlon. It has also given me valuable insight into how things work within such a large federation and how decisions are made. As an athlete, having the chance to share ideas and be part of the conversation has been truly rewarding, showing that even small contributions can help shape the future of our sport. Additionally, the educational programs have been a fantastic resource—it’s been really good to listen, learn, and gain new perspectives on important topics.
