Dale-Skjevdal and Simon win Trimester 2

We analysed Trimester 2 to find out who won the most points in Oberhof, Ruhpolding and Antholz-Anterselva and thus has a strong momentum going to the BMW IBU World Championships Nove Mesto na Morave 2024.

Dale-Skjevdal beats JT Boe in Trimester 2

With fourth and second place in Antholz-Anterselva, Johannes Dale-Skjevdal earned 348 points in Trimester 2 and moved from third to second place in the Total Score standings. As (most of the time) the fastest skier in the field, he bettered the leader, JT Boe, who won 322 points and has 806 points atop the Total Score standings, 92 more than Dale-Skjevdal. Tarjei Boe kept his form intact, and the Total Score title dream alive with 297 points added to his tally of 708 in the third place.

Simon hits a winning form

As Justine Braisaz-Bouchet lost a winning touch in Ruhpolding and Antholz-Anterselva weeks, Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold stroke back and will travel to Nove Mesto as the Total Score leader. Tandrevold won 302 points, Braisaz-Bouchet 262. Lisa Vittozzi moved from fourth to third place (replacing Elvira Oeberg) by winning 285 points.

Julia Simon won the most points in Trimester 2: 345. She moved from sixth to fourth place and increasingly looks like the favourite for the rest of the season. Somehow below the radar, Lou Jeanmonnot had a very successful three weeks, finishing fifth or higher in the last five competitions. She won 312 points and moved from 10th to sixth place (Lou also skipped Sprint and Pursuit in Lenzerheide due to illness).
