Together, We Ran for Milena: Over €8,000 Raised, 3,800km Covered
On 4 May 2025, fans, athletes, staff, and supporters joined the Wings For Life World Run to support Polish junior athlete Milena Widlak, who suffered a severe accident in February. The result? A fantastic demonstration of the biathlon family spirit.

From Poland to Munich to Australia and back, people from many countries participated, raising awareness and money for spinal cord research.

The Wings For Life World Run supports spinal cord research - 100% of all entry fees going directly to science. This year, the IBU community not only showed up: We ran together in the truest sense of the word.
