The IBU Academy is hiring an "IBU Academy Project Assistant" to support the team regarding IBU Academy and Development projects on an operational level.

The Project Assistant must be enthusiastic about sports organization/management, planning, education, and research.

The main responsibilities are to support the IBU Academy and the Development Department regarding planning, coordination, and communication in various projects and to support the activities within the IBU Academy with a focus on the scientific projects.

The role is limited to 1 year as it serves as a maternity leave replacement.
