From Belgium to Canada, Croatia, and Czechia, these events showcased the dedication and talent of over 400 athletes, marking an exciting chapter in the summer biathlon season.

Belgian Open Championships | Elsenborn, Belgium | 16-18 August 2024

The Belgian Open Championships in Elsenborn saw over 70 athletes from five nations – Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland – gather for a competitive weekend. With athletes of all levels participating, the event demonstrated the growing popularity of biathlon in the region. Athletes and spectators enjoyed an intense competition in Elsenborn.

North American Summer Cup | Whistler, Canada | 23-25 August 2024

Whistler, a venue known for its stunning scenery and challenging terrain, hosted the North American Summer Cup, where over 70 athletes from Canada, the USA, and Great Britain competed. The event was a highlight of the summer season in North America, with athletes testing their endurance and shooting skills in this beautiful but demanding location.

Balkan Biathlon Summer Cup | Delnice, Croatia | 30 August - 1 September 2024

The Balkan Biathlon Summer Cup took place in Delnice, Croatia, with over 60 athletes from six nations – Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Lebanon. Despite the high temperatures, which made the competition more challenging, the event was well-organized and received positive feedback from participants.

Central-European Summer Cup | Letohrad, Czechia | 31 August - 1 September 2024

The biggest event of the four, the Biathlon CER Summer Cup, was held in Letohrad, Czechia, and featured nearly 250 athletes from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and Brazil. The weekend was packed with action, with sprint and night mixed relay races on Saturday, followed by pursuit races on Sunday. This valued event also served as the Czechia National Championships, adding extra excitement to the competition.
