Iryna Kryuko was a Bronze medalist at the 2012 IBU Junior World Championships in the pursuit. She picked up her first-ever World Cup podium with second place in the mass start at Annecy Le Grand Bornand. Less than two months later, she ran the second leg on Belarus' Gold medal women's relay team at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang.
