The environment was not only educational but also interactive and fun, promoting a learning atmosphere where coaches could share experiences and insights.

Inspirational Venues and Team Building

Midway through the week, the course took place at impressive venues such as ULSZ Rif, one of Austria’s largest sports centers, and the Chiemgau Arena in Ruhpolding, a famous World Cup venue. These settings provided an inspirational backdrop for the sessions, allowing coaches to visualize the competitive paths their athletes could follow. The IBU Headquarters also served as a key location, adding a significant touch to the overall experience. The interaction among coaches fostered strong team dynamics and a shared commitment to biathlon development.

A Foundation for Future Success

As the course wrapped up, the coaches departed with new skills, knowledge, and connections, ready to implement what they had learned in their home countries and contribute to the ongoing development of biathlon.
