Vote for your Man Athlete of the World Cup Season 2025-2026

The battle for wins was fully on this season in the men's field, as we saw many different athletes in yellow and red bibs. From one weekend to the next, a new person came and dominated, which made the season super exciting. Which one of these four is your Man Athlete of the Season?

Johan-Olav Smoerdal Botn (NOR) came to the World Cup this season and started it with a bang. He won the first two races in Oestersund and came in third in the pursuit. In total, the Norwegian took four individual wins and five other podiums.

Eric Perrot (FRA) already started his rise to the top last season, but now he has really taken the grand slam. Perrot won not only the total score but also globes in individual, pursuit and mass start. He won a solo World Cup race four times, making his season an unforgettable one.

Tommaso Giacomel (ITA) might have missed the last trimester due to health issues, but before that, he was on fire. The Italian won four individual World Cup races and stepped on the podium an additional two times. Who knows how tight the battle for the total score would have been had he been healthy?

Sturla Holm Laegreid (NOR) really found his speed at the end of the season. In the third trimester, he won a total of six individual races and a single mixed relay to top it off. With his end-of-season high, he also managed to take home the sprint globe.

Now it is your time to decide who deserves the title of Man Athlete of the World Cup Season 2025-2026. Vote in the poll below, you have until Tuesday 18 CET!
