Biathlon4All: Your Chance to Experience Biathlon at Loop One

Ever wondered what it feels like to step onto the shooting range? At Loop One Festival in Munich on 17–18 October, Biathlon4All invites fans of all ages to give biathlon a go, learn from experienced instructors and get closer to some of the sport's biggest names.

Running from 10:00 to 17:00 on both days, Biathlon4All will be spread across three locations in the Olympic Park: Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, the Kleine Olympiahalle and the Halbinsel. With three shooting ranges offering 10–15 lanes each, there will be plenty of opportunities to take aim and discover the sport first-hand.

Take Aim – Your Biathlon Moment Starts Here

Never held a biathlon rifle before? No problem. You can try both laser and optical rifle shooting in prone and standing positions, with around 60 coordinators and instructors from Bavarian biathlon clubs on hand to guide you through the basics and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. For those looking to add a little more action, the German Ski Association (DSV) will also run a parkour area on the roof of the Kleine Olympiahalle.

Meet the Legends, Try the Sport

Biathlon4All is also a chance to share the experience with some familiar faces. Benedikt Doll, Johannes Thingnes Boe, Denise Herrmann-Wick and Michael Rösch will all take part in activities during the weekend, bringing fans and first-timers closer to the sport and its stars.

The invitation extends to the youngest visitors, too. Alongside activities open to festivalgoers of all ages, dedicated Biathlon4All sessions for children in the Kids Area will give young participants the chance to discover shooting in a welcoming, age-appropriate setting. Special Biathlon4All stickers will be available for children, too.

More Ways to Get Involved

Biathlon4All will also be part of the LOOP ONE Activity Pass. Take on five different activities around the festival, collect stamps for a chance to win prizes and discover even more of what's on offer. For anyone keen to combine fitness with shooting, two Biathlon4All shooting lanes will be integrated into Biathlonrocks, the festival's adapted take on HYROX, blending physical challenges with biathlon shooting.

Whether you're a lifelong fan, a curious first-timer or bringing the next generation of biathlon enthusiasts, Biathlon4All offers a chance to step beyond the sidelines, take aim and experience the sport for yourself.
