Andrejs Rastorgujevs: Ready for More
For Andrejs Rastorgujevs the 2016-17 season ended with a true highlight. The Latvian reached his first World Cup podium in the last mass start at Oslo-Holmenkollen.
Inspired and motivated by his strong showing right before the off-season, the 29-year-old worked hard during the summer. The payoff was immediate at the start of the season; Rastorgujevs left Östersund with Top 10 results in the individual and the sprint, finishing 8th in both.
We sat down with the forerunner of Latvian Biathlon in Hochfilzen after today's training and talked to him about his solid start to the season, his guitar skills and the good vibe in Team Rastorgujevs.
