Technical Delegates (TDs) are nominated by the Technical Committee and are responsible for ensuring that events are prepared and conducted in accordance with the IBU Rules. Additionally, TDs act as consultants and advisors to the Organizing Committees. The Organizing Committees must follow the instructions issued by TDs based on the IBU Rules.
