IBU Auditors
The Auditors, elected by the Congress, monitor the corporate governance and fi nancial matters of the IBU on behalf of the Congress to ensure that the directions given by the Congress are followed. They perform their auditing by acquiring and analyzing information from various sources such as minutes of meetings, IBU contracts, the annual reports of the professional auditing fi rm contracted by IBU and by communicating with the Union’s functionaries. The Auditors produce a written report about their findings annually and also present their report to each Congress meeting.
