WADA Education

The World Anti Doping Agency WADA does not only provide the tools for anti-doping tests or does tests itself, it also works on preventing doping. Their most important tool is to build a strong values system in the athletes: “Those (athletes) who decide not to dope will often do so based on personal convictions, of which the foundation is a strong values system.” (WADA)

Therefore, they support research into the effectiveness of anti-doping programs, make young athletes ambassadors for clean sports through the “Play True Generation” program and provide tools to their stakeholders that can be adapted and customized to local cultures and help with the anti-doping education of young athletes. They can be used by coaches, teachers or other leaders of youth programs.
