When did you start biathlon?
I was a downhill skier as a child, stated cross-country skiing at age 14 and biathlon the next year at 15.
What do you like about living in Villard de Lans?
The quality of life is very good here; we have a lot of ski trails close by and I love to go running up in the mountains.
You spend so much time each day training for biathlon, how do you balance being a mother and sport?
Every day, before my morning training, I take Adele to the kindergarten and pick her up after my afternoon training, just like many working mothers.
If you had your choice, would you run or rollerski?
Running, it is just a few hundred meters from my home to the trails. I just might become a trail runner after I retire.
Has your life changed since you are famous?
I am not famous. Martin is famous; in Villard de Lans, everyone looks for him and ignores me!
What makes you smile?
The sun, everything. I think I am a smiling girl!
